Shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery times

SHIPPING

Our aim is to deliver the item(s) you have ordered in the shortest possible time, keeping the shipping process as simple as possible.

DELIVERIES IN GREECE

For orders: Free Shippingfor orders over 30 Euros. Otherwise there is a charge of 3 Euros. In case of return (size,color etc) or refund, there will be a charge of 3 Euros.

The item(s) you have ordered will be sent to the address you have given us through the courier company «GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI». “I LOVE SANDALS ” reserves the right to use a different courier company.

DELIVERY

Within 4-8 working days for mainland Greece, Crete and the islands (this applies to deliveries in the main cities of the Prefectures and not to remote areas), assuming the items you have ordered are available. These time limits do not apply in periods of bad weather, strikes or during any force majeure event which may affect delivery times.

All items from the Handmade products, that are produced upon request and delivered within 15 to 20 days.

If a product is not immediately available, you will be notified promptly by the orders department of the estimated delivery time.

DELIVERIES TO CYPRUS

All parcels to Cyprus are delivered within 7-10 days, with DHL Couriers. The shipping cost is at 15 euro.

DELIVERIES TO EUROPE 

Deliveries abroad are 7-12 days and we ship with DHL. For deliveries to Europe an the rest of the world, the buyer is responsible for the payment of custom taxes that probably should pay in order to receive the purchase.

The charge is 15,00 euros

DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD 

The costs 30,00 euros .

The shippin costs is related with customers and has been calculated for areas withn cities. In case the shipping location is far away from the city and the costs are differentiated, our customer service will email you about new shipping costs.

Αποστολές εντός Ελλάδας

Όλες οι αποστολές σε προορισμούς εντός Ελλάδας,  πραγματοποιούνται χωρίς έξοδα αποστολής, ανεξαρτήτως της ποσότητας της παραγγελίας σας.

Τα προϊόντα που παραγγείλατε αποστέλλονται στην διεύθυνση που μας έχετε ορίσει, μέσω της εταιρείας ταχυμεταφορών ταχυμεταφορών “Γενική Ταχυδρομική“. Εναλλακτικά, μπορείτε κατά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας να επιλέξετε να παραλάβετε προσωπικά το δέμα σας από οποιοδήποτε από τα γραφεία της εταιρείας “Γενική Ταχυδρομική”, στην Ελλάδα.

Χρόνος αποστολής/παράδοσης

Κύριο μέλημα του ηλεκτρονικού μας καταστήματος αποτελεί η άρτια και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του..

Οι παραγγελίες αποστέλλονται από την εταιρεία μας την επομενη εργασιμη ημερα , εφόσον δεν υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα στη διαθεσιμότητα ή άλλη αιτία καθυστέρησης

Ο χρόνος παράδοσης των παραγγελιών εντός Ελλάδας εξαρτάται από την εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών και είναι συνήθως 1-2 εργάσιμες ημέρες.

Σε περίπτωση που κάποιο προϊόν δεν είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμο, θα ενημερώνεστε έγκαιρα από το τμήμα παραγγελιών για τον εκτιμώμενο χρόνο παράδοσης.
